If you're looking to know the true condition of your commercial property, then I can help you. I'll methodically inspect the property, fully documenting the issues and condition on video. In the end, I'll provide you with a DVD of the inspection. You'll be able to have licensed Contractors watch it and give you bids. When I'm finished, you'll know exactly what you're buying and be able to negotiate the issues with an educated eye.

I specialize in small-to-mid size commercial buildings, old Victorian houses converted into office spaces, multi-unit apartment buildings from duplexes to 100+ units, condo complexes, churches, commercial bays, commercial garages and warehouses. I've even inspected a castle that was 8,000+ s.f.

Large commercial properties such as office complexes and high-rise buildings (more than 3 stories), restaurants, and gas stations are not my area of extertise.
